Our client is looking for professionals to join its support team, to carry out helpdesk activities for the Sendys ERP management software in the Financial (Accounting, Commercial Management and Fixed Assets) and Human Resources areas.

Requirements:
• Demonstrable understanding of Finance and Human Resources principles.
• Previous experience as a helpdesk consultant in the Financial and Human Resources domains is highly valued.
• Higher education degree in Management or Management Informatics is a strong asset.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle support activities.
• Proactive approach towards problem-solving and addressing user queries.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• A strong sense of responsibility towards ensuring efficient helpdesk operations.
