Let’s start with the role

As a Product Manager for the Bonus Platform, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and manage the bonus and promotion features that enhance the player experience and drive engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and optimize bonus offerings that attract and retain customers while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

As a Product Manager, Bonus Platform, you will:

  • Develop a strategic vision for the bonus platform, setting clear goals and objectives. Create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s business goals and customer needs. (Product Strategy and Roadmap)
  • Lead the conceptualization and development of new bonus features and promotions, considering the needs and preferences of the target audience. (Bonus Feature Development)
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior. Use data-driven insights to optimize bonus features and promotions for maximum customer satisfaction. (Market Research and Analysis)
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve bonus offerings and resolve issues. Use customer insights to inform product decisions. (Customer Feedback)
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of bonus features and promotions. Monitor these KPIs regularly and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. (Performance Monitoring)
  • Stay informed about gambling regulations and ensure that all bonus features and promotions comply with legal requirements. (Compliance and Regulation)
  • Communicate the product’s strategy, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders. (Stakeholders Management)

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience with a successful track record in product management, utilizing best practices, tools and techniques;
  • Have in-depth understanding of product management lifecycle, agile and lean methodologies; 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions;
  • Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in English; 
  • Exposure to the betting industry and/or CRM-related field will be a plus.
