Axia Capital Germany is a real estate investment manager with a focus on mixed-used properties in high-density areas of Northern/Western Germany. For the strategic orientation and further development of the properties, we are looking for a commercial asset manager (m/f/d) at our Lisbon office as soon as possible.

Your activities will include the following main tasks:
You will be responsible for the economic and technical analysis of the property situation in coordination with the technical project management.
Based on the analyses you will identify optimization and development potentials
Develop strategies to maintain and increase the value of the portfolio
Contact and negotiation partner for internal and external stakeholders
You control and are responsible for compliance with budgets and quality standards and carry out regular reports
Commissioning and coordination of external service providers as well as follow-up of services rendered

What you bring with you:
Successfully completed commercial university studies or a comparable qualification in the real estate sector
Professional experience in commercial asset management
Independent and analytical working style coupled with a high degree of conscientiousness
A high sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial way of acting
Due to your strong intrinsic motivation you bring along a distinctive “hands-on mentality
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Sound knowledge of MS Office and real estate management programs
