The General Requirements

*10 Waiters, AED 4500/1200 EUR
*2 Head bartenders, AED 5500/1465 EUR

Commission / Incentive Monthly
Heat Allowance – AED 150 /EUR 40 (only for outdoor roles in summer time)
Average Service Charge – AED 500/EUR 133 (depending on buisness levels)
Language Allowance – AED 300/EUR 80 (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, French, German, Spanish, Italian)
Tips – TBC (depending on the outlet )
